Magazines, Carriers, Boats & Wafer Rings
The metalwork a line runs on — magazines and cassettes that move strips between stations, boats that hold parts through an oven, and ring frames that carry the wafer through dicing.
Everything here is a carrier rather than a process tool. It is made to a customer’s drawing as often as to a standard size, because the pocket pitch has to match whatever the line already runs.
Magazine
Slotted and solid types, in end-cover and spring-stopper configurations. Slotted lets air and solvent through for oven and cleaning steps; solid shields the strip where contamination matters more than airflow.
LED vertical magazines are made to the same pattern.

Lunch Box
A magazine with a handle, for carrying loaded strips by hand between stations without transferring them to another carrier.

Cassette Carrier
Bi-pitch cassettes in 6, 8 and 12 inch. Aluminium construction, perforated where the process needs flow through the stack.

Pin Type Boat
Holds parts on pins rather than in slots, so the surface is barely touched while the part goes through heat. Single and matrix types, with a cover version where the load has to stay put.

Wafer Ring Frame
6, 8 and 12 inch as standard, and made to drawing where a machine takes a non-standard frame.

Magnetic Pallet
Holds thin material flat and located by magnet rather than by clamping, so nothing presses on the part.

Aluminum Tray
Machined aluminium trays and carriers for handling and transport.
